For many years, I helped build and lead celebrate company — a group of brands including kartenmacherei, faireparterie, celebrate Apps and celebrate digital printing — united by the mission to turn meaningful moments into lasting memories.
During that time, I was deeply involved in transforming the company into a more agile, cross-functional and human-centered organization. My work has always been driven by the belief that trust, culture and autonomy are stronger forces than command and control. I care deeply about building companies where people can take responsibility, grow, and do meaningful work together.
After years in leadership, I am now taking a deliberate break from the CEO role to travel the Americas with my wife Ana, our daughter Lilli and our expedition truck Tortuga. Through Freimind, we are exploring what it means to live more consciously — choosing time together, nature, curiosity and real experiences over the constant pace of everyday life.
I am still passionate about entrepreneurship, company culture, New Work and leadership — and on a more personal note, I remain a petrolhead with a strong love for driving, adventure and a newly discovered passion for overlanding.
